CLASS REGISTRATION

You may register for classes immediately. Please register at least 5 business days in advance of your first class meeting to avoid course cancellation due to insufficient enrollment.

In Person:

You may register in person during regular office hours:

Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

 

CASH is accepted in person only. Please do not mail cash.

Classes are filled in the order registrations are received. We do not send confirmation letters or reminder notices. Please assume acceptance into a class unless you hear from the Center for the Arts.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS

BCA reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, illness or emergency of the instructor. You will be notified two business days in advance of the start date if a class is cancelled. BCA staff & volunteers will make every attempt to contact your residence if a class is cancelled, rescheduled, or if a change in location is made. Notification of changes will also be posted on the doors of class locations at BCA (Highland Drive) or Blossom Hill (Oakes Road).

REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

A full refund will be given to registered individuals if notice of withdrawal is given at least five business days prior to the start of class.

NO REFUNDS will be issued once a class has begun.

COURSE POLICY

BCA and its instructors make every attempt to maintain the schedule of courses as announced. However, we reserve the right to change or alter classes due to availability of materials and supplies.

MEMBERSHIP

The cost of membership is $50 for a Family (immediate family members at same address only), $30 for an Individual, and $10 for a Senior Individual (65+). Memberships are good for one year from the date of purchase. You may register for class immediately using your tuition discount.

Memberships are non-refundable.

CREDIT CARDS

MasterCard and VISA are the only credit cards accepted by BCA. A non-refundable handling fee of $3 will be charged for all orders.

SNOW CANCELLATION 

If the Brecksville Broadview Heights Schools are closed due to weather conditions, BCA classes will also be cancelled. Radio and TV announcements will have the latest reports on school closings.

BCA is also closed on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas day.
